Thank you for choosing Dear Unwritten. Each order is prepared with care, and we appreciate your patience as we ensure everything arrives just right.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after the order is placed. Processing time allows us to thoughtfully prepare, package, and quality-check each item. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high volume or special releases, processing times may extend slightly. Any updates will be shared clearly.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Shipping timeframes vary based on location and carrier and are separate from processing time.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. Unwritten is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Contact@dearunwritten.com, including your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and guide you through next steps.
